Packages
Multiple services are available as packaged offers for a single price (cost savings for the client****). A package consists of 2 round trips, and mileage rates at a discount. Trips can be used on different dates, and do not expire. Clients can customize their packages with add-on services.
Add-on services are not included in the Gold, Silver, or Bronze package offerings because they are individualized and based on client needs. The frequency use of these services cannot be predetermined, nor do we want to charge clients for services they do not need:. Please contact us for more information and quotes.

Do you need services for several locations and recurring dates? We offer special pricing contract packages for chains, franchises and clients with regional transportation needs. Please contact us for more information and quotes.

Gold - Base Fee (Round Trip) - 2 Trips
Silver - Base Fee (Round Trip) - 2 Trips
Bronze - Base Fee (Round Trip) - 2 Trips
Base fee varies depending on service selected and the following factors:
● Type of patient modality (i.e. Ambulatory, Wheelchair, Gurney)
● Location and mode of transport
● Private pay vs. Medicaid (All estimations are based on private pay fees)
● Required assistance
● Time of day
● Mileage
● Stairs
To book any ride a non-refundable deposit of $45 must be made at the time of booking.
